Ballet offers the best all around training of any dance form. Among the many benefits of ballet training are increased strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and overall athleticism. Ballet students learn discipline, poise, control, and grace. Our classes combine the philosophies and terminologies of the Cecchetti, Vaganova, and RAD methods of training incorporated in the new National Syllabus of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School of the American Ballet Theater.
